Recommendation from the Tax Assessor for abatements to the 1999 and 2012 personal property tax roll and 2017 real estate, personal property and motor vehicle tax roll for a total of $26,906.50 and additions to the 2017 real estate tax roll in the amount of $3,354.90, 2017 motor vehicle tax roll in the amount of $775.61 and 2017 personal property tax roll in the amount of $262.63 for a total of all additions in the amount of $4,393.14.

(a)Appointment to Cove Management Commission to fill a vacancy for the remainder of a three-year term to expire July 1, 2020. 
(b)Appointment to the Historical Cemetery Advisory Commission to fill a vacancy for the remainder of a three-year term to expire November 30, 2019. 
(c)DEM Recreation Grant Application for Fry Brook Outdoor Fitness Equipment
(d)Extension of Contract to Direct Energy Business of 538 Preston Ave., Meriden, CT 06450 to purchase electricity power for two additional years.
(e)Extension of contract to Direct Energy Business of 538 Preston Ave., Meriden, CT 06450 to purchase natural gas supply for two additional years.
(f)Authorization to notify the CDBG Consortium members that as of January 31, 2018, the Town of East Greenwich will no longer serve as the host community for the consortium. 
(g)Authorization by Council to release Closed / Executive Session meeting minutes and supporting documentation for prior discussions concerning collective bargaining with the IAFF related to the Council's consideration and subsequent adoption of the 2016-2019 collective bargaining agreement.
(h)Appointment of Interim Fire Chief.
(i)Town Manager's recommendation to offer Lt. Matola unpaid leave to February 28, 2018; request ratification by Council.
