(2)Executive Session
(a)Closed pursuant to RIGL 42-46-5 (a) (2), sessions pertaining to collective bargaining or litigation, specifically to discuss the matter, NEARI v. East Greenwich, AAA Case #01-17-0005-5708, regarding Laurie Perry discipline. 
(b)Closed pursuant to RIGL 42-46-5 (a) (2), sessions pertaining to collective bargaining or litigation, specifically to discuss the matter, NEARI v. East Greenwich, AAA Case #01-17-0006-7696, regarding Laurie Perry discharge. 
(c)Closed pursuant to RIGL 42-46-5 (a) (2), sessions pertaining to collective bargaining or litigation, specifically to discuss the matter David Gorman v. East Greenwich, KC-2017-1160 and to discuss and potentially act upon the engagement of special counsel under a reservation of rights notice from the Town's insurer. 
(d)Closed pursuant to RIGL 42-46-5 (a) (2), sessions pertaining to collective bargaining or litigation, specifically to discuss the matter, In re: Gayle Corrigan, RI Ethics Commission Complaint No. 2017-11 and to discuss the potential indemnification of the Town Manager in said matter pursuant to RIGL 45-15-16 as well as to discuss and potentially act upon the engagement of special counsel for said indemnification. 
(e)Closed pursuant to RIGL 42-46-5 (a) (2), sessions pertaining to collective bargaining or litigation, specifically to discuss the matter, Laurie Perry v. East Greenwich, et al., KC-2017-1274 and to discuss and potentially act upon the engagement of special counsel, or authorize the engagement of special counsel under a reservation of rights notice from the Town's insurer. In addition, to include the discussion of the potential indemnification of individually-named defendant's pursuant to RIGL 45-15-16.
(f)Closed pursuant to RIGL 42-46-5 (a) (2), sessions pertaining to collective bargaining or litigation, specifically to discuss the matter, Kristen B. Benoit v. East Greenwich, et al., KC-2017-1302 and to discuss and potentially act upon the engagement of special counsel, or authorize engagement of special counsel under a reservation of rights notice from the Town's insurer. In addition, to include the discussion of the potential indemnification of individually-named defendants pursuant to RIGL 45-15-16.
(g)Closed pursuant to RIGL 42-46-5 (a) (2), sessions pertaining to collective bargaining or litigation, specifically to discuss the matter, Pamela Aveyard v. East Greenwich, et al., KC-2017-1304 and to discuss and potentially act upon the engagement of special counsel, or authorize the engagement of special counsel under a reservation of rights notice from the Town's insurer. In addition, to include the discussion of the potential indemnification of individually-named defendants pursuant to RIGL 45-15-16.
