3. Provide a brief description of the item and why it is on the agenda
   To reduce the energy costs at the East Greenwich Waste Water Treatment Facility, the town will hire Rise Engineering to replace all the existing lighting with energy efficient (LED) lights. The total cost of the project is $59,861.  National Grid will provide a rebate in the amount of $16,300.  The town's portion will be $43,469.
