   Approval of Howland Farm Road to become part of the Town of East Greenwich public roadway system.

3. Provide a brief description of the item and why it is on the agenda
   The Town of East Greenwich along with the residents of Howland Farm Road were desirous to convert said road from a private road to a public road.  The residents of said road agreed to pay a road improvement assessment to the Town (over ten years) for the improvements.  As such, the Town of East Greenwich recently improved Howland Farm Road. The motion will approve Howland Farm Road to become part of the Town of East Greenwich public roadway system.
