   The Town of East Greenwich recently improved Howland Farm Road.  Said road is a private road and such improvements will allow the Town to make it a public road.  The improvements of the road will be paid by the residents of Howland Farm Road.  The payments of the road improvement assessment will be paid back to the Town over ten years.
