   June 13, 2016 ~ Granted NEW license subject to inspections, etc. valid for one year. 

   November 14, 2016 ~ Approved extension to December 14th (still not open).

   December 14, 2016 ~ Approved renewal pending grand opening, not subject to State Division of Taxation clearance as a new applicant. 

   March 23, 2017 ~ Issued physical license. 

   May 22, 2017 ~ Approved Outdoor Sidewalk Service

   December 4, 2017 ~ Approved extension to January 8, 2018. 

   January 8, 2018 ~ Owner Rocco Quattrocchi appeared and Council approved the renewal pending clearance from the State. 

   To date, State Division of Taxation has not cleared the renewal. 

   February 26, 2018 ~ applicant's representative showed up late and was not heard. 

   March 12, 2018 ~ Joseph Rotella, Esq. appeared and asked for another extension. Granted to March 26, 2018. 

   March 26, 2018 ~ Applicant did not appear. Clerk advised clearance not received from State. Continued to April 9, 2018.
