The Town Council acting as the Board of License Commissioners must approve all License renewals. On January 8, 2018, Council granted another two week extension despite their request for another month. Town taxes were owed and clearance from the State Division of Taxation had not been received. On January 22, 2018, Council granted another three week extension to clear up issues with State and pay Town sewer taxes. On February 12, 2018, Council granted another two week extension to February 26, 2018 contingent upon payment by certified check within 48 hours.
