   The developer of the Residence at Frybrook Condominiums was required to improve the Frybrook Culvert along Middle Road.  A performance bond was established and posted.  The culvert is substantially completed and the developer wants the bond reduced. The Town Council motion will reduce the performance bond amount for the Frybrook Culvert project.
