3. Provide a brief description of the item and why it is on the agenda
   The Town Council approved a zone change ordinance for a project called "The Residences at Middleberry" in October, 2016.  A condition of the zone change required that the developer make certain improvements associated with a past development, the "Fry Brook Condominium Project."  Developer was given a July 31, 2017 deadline which was subsequently extended (at the July 24, 2017 Town Council meeting) to October 1, 2017.  Developer then appeared at the September 25, 2017 Council meeting to request an additional extension of time to November 1, 2017 which was also granted.  Now as we approach that deadline, developer requires more time again.
