   (4) ORDINANCE to amend the Code of the Town of East Greenwich, Chapter 152 thereof, entitled "Noise", Section 152-4 "Ambient Base Noise Level" related to sound level decibels (FIRST READING AND INTRODUCTION. Continued from March 4th and March 11th. Recommended by Town Solicitor to be continued to May 13th).
