Public hearing was held February 25th and continued to March 11th. Council continued to allow for applicant to obtain Zoning Certificate to address capacity and outdoor seating. Subsequently, the property owner has submitted a zoning application to obtain necessary parking relief for the restaurant which is scheduled for hearing on April 23rd.
Applicant has been in contact with Building/Zoning Official.
